I recently had the good fortune to discover that a fellow art historian and co-worker maintains a food blog with his wife. Their approach is more methodical than ours. Instead of transmitting every foodgasm whenever the mood strikes, they’re making their way through world cuisine one country at a time. That much is apparent with even a small bit of comparison between each blog’s title. In common vernacular, “Well duh.” At any rate, give Eating the World a read. Good stuff.

In the meantime, Omnivorous Cravings will update when I find myself appropriately located in the space/time continuum. It could be any time, as one can never properly estimate one’s exit from the vortex. Kinda like Dr. Who.
